Charisma and Bella Clean are my favorite leather cleaning products. I have used just about every leather cleaning product on the market over the past 45 years in search of the best product(s) that offer an excellent clean, but are easy to use. These are far easier to use than Leatherique in my opinion and much more user friendly on the application and removal process. It's similar to Swissvax leather systsem with their Forte and Leather Milk but they use their products opposite of the way this system works. This is a better system in my opinion and the scent in out of this world good! Like freshly squeezed oranges with a unique very fresh, addicting scent. It is my favorite scent of any detailing product on the market today and I am thankful that Polishangel uses the same scent on many of their interior products. This is a unique system over other ones commonly found on the market which tell you to clean the leather first and then you slather what they describe as a "conditioner" after the clean. That's counter productive in my opinion because you are usually slathering a "goopy" product all over your leather which always confused me because most leather is spray coated at the factory with a thin permeable/flexible top coat to help protect the leather as much as possible. I am one of the people who does not like a shinny interior and definitely not shinny leather. Most of the "conditioning" products are a complete waste of money as you might as well just hand them a $20 bill to line their coffers because they don't work. You are just slathering a goop onto your coated leather and then wiping that goop right back off with your microfiber towel. It's just not needed, at least for the first several years, and if your vehicle is a garage queen, you'd probably never need one. The key, I have found is just keeping your leather clean and maintained from day one that you have it. If you bought a used car, no problem, just clean it using Polishangels two step (two separate products) system, although they could certainly be used alone, although i would highly recommend you utilize BOTH products as they are designed to work in unison. It's similar to the Leatherique system of cleaning your leather but again, their system is a two part as well and is a great system, but this system is far easier to use and yields excellent results. The unique thing about this system is that you apply the "conditioning" product FIRST and allow it to remain on the surface at least 20 minutes, but up to as long as you want. I have left it on my leather for 24 hours with no problem and then followed up with Bella Clean to wipe the contamination it "PULLS OUT OF" the leather. That's how this is so unique. The product is called a "conditioner" although I don't really consider it that although it certainly makes the leather very supple and soft, back to original factory looking and feeling leather. It really helps to rejuvenate the leather. I had what I thought was a perfectly cleaned interior including the leather. I used this product and on the very first use, it pulled what appeared to be salt deposits out of my leather leaving a white crusty residue after leaving it on the leather for 24 hours. The longer you leave this on the surface (if you have the time), the MORE it's going to pull out of the leather. Deep down (UNSEEN) embedded dirt and oils that normal cleaners will not pull out of the deep leather pores. This product WILL do that. The first time I used it, I almost thought I did something wrong because it pulls that salt residue maybe from perspiration, but it was unseen to the naked eye, until I used this product. I followed up with BELLA CLEAN and the Bella Clean wipes away any contaminants that Charisma pulled out of the pores. Deep down unseen dirt. Then after using BELLA CLEAN as directed as the second step, you will have a very clean leather surface that looks perfectly FACTORY. A nice MATTE finish like brand new leather. The way your seats look when the car is sitting in the showroom. Nobody (well, almost everybody) doesn't like shinny leather. It looks horrible. I highly recommend both Charisma as well as the companion product of Bella Clean. Bella Clean has the most wonderful "fresh squeezed orange" type of scent that is one of the best scents in the detailing market worldwide in my opinion. Whomever came up with that scent is a genius in my opinion. Bella Clean is one of the best smelling leather cleaning products ever created and will be in my detailing arsenal forever (or as long as Polishangel sells it!). I hope I can get it for many years to come. Do yourself a favor, BUY THE LARGE BOTTLES! It's a far better deal (not that anything Polishangel sells is a "deal" so to speak) but you'll be back for more anyway after you use it, so why not just buy the big bottles the first time. GIve the system a try and I think you'll be blown away!
